Exported at 4k/60fps. The lights are isolated across layers that are set as individual buffers. Solid black Image layers are used to mask the other lights within those buffered sections. There's a Buffer Blender for each of those sections set with Additive Blend Mode and with an Blend Alpha level affected by an Automator layer. That Automater layer adjusts the alpha levels of those sections based on various frequencies. ➤ "Traffic Lights Road Sign Red" by @Didgeman on Pixabay: https://pixabay.com/photos/traffic-lights-road-sign-red-yellow-514932/ ➤ Find more from "TrackTribe" on YouTube Audio Library: https://www.youtube.com/audiolibrary/ ➤ More about ZGameEditor from developer Ville Krumlinde: http://www.emix8.org/static.php?page=ZGameEditor ➤ FLStudio: https://www.image-line.com/flstudio/ Effect author credits: ➤ "HUD 3D", author: Rado1 ➤ "Youlean Color Correction", author: Youlean ➤ "BufferBlender", author: Cynex ➤ "Automator", author: Cynex http://nexus.disco.to ➤ "Youlean Handheld", author: Youlean ➤ "Youlean Motion Blur", author: Youlean
